HELP!!

Mummies who are using Spectra S1+ , can you share with me what mode/level do you use on your Spectra S1+ ?? && how long do you pump for each time when you just started?? Also do you use the massage mode before pumping??

i used s2 and usually I'll pump at massage mode for 1min-2mins until ive let down then I'll switch to express mode. if i rmb correctly, massage mode i used lvl4 and express i used 46cycle at 8lvl. find the comfortable suction for you! bc everyone is different but massage mode is best to trigger let down to get more milk :)
