Mummies who uses Spectra pump - May i know would you prefer the handsfree cup or normal pump (with bottle)? Why?

I prefer the normal pump! . Handsfree has too much parts to wash. I buy my normal pump replacement from shopee https://shopee.sg/product/242594539/7732031072?smtt=0.0.9

Normal bottle as it is more convenient. If u want handsfree maybe consider getting a handsfree bra instead?

I prefer normal pump. Cos I will know how much I pump immediately

I’m using S9+. Good enough for me. Hands free abit hard to use
