Csec wound

Hi mummies who had c sec, is the wound supposed to heal by 10 days? If not is it surgeon skill issue or? Should there be a visible scar?

It will take a week or two, depends though. Also, how we care for the wound while healing during confinement. There should be a slight scar but as long as there's no pain, bleeding it should be okay. However, you will have follow up with doctor to check on the c section that you had to ensure all is okay. During this period of healing, you will feel tingling pain or sore. But as mentioned depend on individual.

It not only depends on the Dr but how u care for it also. Need to watch what u eat. And of course there will be scar. Had 2 cSect and will hv my 3rd one soon😅
