Infant Pillow/Portable Baby Bed

Hi mummies! Which infant pillow do you recommend to prevent flathead syndrome? Also, would you recommend getting those portable baby beds like thesleepykoala?

I didn’t use pillow as I’m afraid of suffocation

Can use swaddle or blanket to make flatter pillow
