16mo not saying words yet

Hello mummies! When did ur babies started speaking? I’m worried cause my LO has not started saying words that associate with things, although she understands very well when we speak to her.. Any of ur babies started associating words like “mama”, “papa”, “milk” late in age?

when my baby reaches 4 months old, she has started to call 'mama' and at some rare times she will blurted out 'papa'
