Should depend on baby size, if baby is chubby start and continue with vegetable purées, avoid sugary and starchy foods. If baby is on a thin side try fruits and cereal

I started cereal at 5.5m (she can sit assisted without wobbling), then followed by fruits puree. I don’t feed everyday, maybe once every 2-3 days.

I add in bm to the cereal instead rather than cereal in milk bottle, then spoon feed 😊
