well, the one that u apply on the forehead (pilis) really help to relieve the pressure on my head during post partum. while the other 2 one for body, one for tummy area. works really well fr me too. It has a cooling effect and somehow makes body feel relax and refresh after application. i continued to apply them after i ended my postpartum massage.

Tbh i only use them when someone was able to apply them for me. So i think i only used them for 2 weeks consistently - massuese aunty and husband helped to apply. After that, applying all these are the least of my priority and i dont really feel any difference.
