i'm due July 2025 and scared AF

Hello mummies, is it true that giving birth is really that scary? I’m currently in early pregnancy but I get really paranoid after hearing people’s stories about childbirth. I’m scared, and I have anxiety/overthinking issues. So every day I worry… I feel anxious about what it will be like when the time comes for me to give birth.

You're not alone. I have anxiety as well and used to cry just thinking about labour. But talking to my gynae and attending antenatal classes helped ease my fears a lot.
