You can have Prospan Cough Syrup (Ivy leave extract). Tea can drink minimal not much as goes with coffee. Though I know some gynae/doctor will be 50/50 with a yes/no with patients.
I drank plenty of hot water and cold isotonic drinks. The sweet and salty taste helps me with my nausea. Chrysanthemum tea and japanese brown rice tea helped too.
My doctor says tea is fine in moderation. Green tea and white tea has the least caffeine. If youre not close to labour you can try ginger tea.
Ginger, peppermint, chamomile, turmeric tea all are non-caffeinated and with anti-inflammatory benefits. Warm honey lemon also works
