Hi mummies, can stress and fatigue cause sudden period delay? I am 5 months PP, nto breastfeeding. before this period on time but this month my stress abit extra, and extra overthinking some stuff. Not sure if thats the cause of period delay.
Ive checked 5 diff preg test all negative.
Anyone face same thing ?
