ibu paling penting x bleh stress . milkbooster yg serasi dgn badan sy ,kurma, durian, roti jagung @ jagung, air halba suam hari2 biasa sy amalkan lps habis menyusu baby, sy minum air masak utk top up balik air dlm badan utk hasilkan susu, minum milo / horlick, mkn nasi lauk byk,minum susu segar. insyaallah cukup utk baby

kurma,longan kering...tihani cikang,roti jagung,lobak putih,minum air masam suam sblm menyusu

Saya serasi minum milo panas. Tapi tak boleh kerap sangat nanti bengkak susu 😅
