My lower abdomen hurt

Hello mummies ... This is my second pregnancy and i just want to know what shld i do if my lower abdomen is hurting me while walking or even when i try to get out of the bed ... as i never had experienced this on my first born ... shld i be worry about it ? Or any of you mummies encounter the same thing tht i gone thru ?
