Hi Mummies, this is my second pregnancy. Currently slightly less than 7 weeks. For the past 3 days I had aching gums. I lost sleep. Seen the GP and was given Panadol and antibiotics. Not sure if it’s actually common for Mummies to have this pain. The gums will swell more at night.
