Swollen Gum

Hello! I'm in my first trimester with my second child and I am experiencing a very bad swollen gums. Visited a dentist earlier because I cannot bear the pain. They gave me a mouthwash to ease the pain. With my first child i had mild swollen gums too which is not so bad. Any Mummies experiencing the same thing too?

All my pregnancy i suffer from bleeding gums and swollen. But i gaggle with salt water everyday until the swollen came down abit. The dentist ever mention when you brushing your teeth and its bleeding, its normal thats a sign you brushing correctly. Im not sure if its true but not one dentist mentions it almost different dentist.
