Hi mummies my right breast used to produce alot more than my left. I hakka it while latching. However since ytd night the supply dropped tremendously. From the usual 150ml to 30ml only. It happened overnight jus like that. What caused it to be liddat? It feels super empty and when I tried to hand express out there nothing much too.

Hey dear, to have a better supply is common. As we tend to latch more on our comfortable side. However, have you been keeping yourself hydrated, did you do anything aside from your usuals?
