Pregnancy pillow

Hi mummies, Any review for pregnancy body pillow? Is it useful? Seems quite bulky to me so not sure if it's worth to buy one

I used my husband's bolster to support my back, his pillow to elevate my legs, while I hug my bolster and sleep on my pillow 😂
