Hi! I think as long as it’s private, be it public hospital or private hospital is the same already. Are you in a high risk pregnancy? If yes, u can go for subsidised route and will most likely be under his team too as he sees high risk pregnancy
I’m a high risk preg (pre eclampsia) and was transfer from private clinic (mt A) to sgh (subsidised) at wk34 and has to hospitalised for 2 weeks till wk36 and induced . Since I’m subsidised , I can’t choose doc but the docs I see everyday are all very nice. I didn’t get to see dr dev but he got the final says whether I can be discharged in the middle of my 2 weeks stay anot . So I can say although I was not directly under his care, I was “reviewed” by him too
