Hi mummies, Is it OK if we drink cold water frequently? How abt Mr coconut shake?

I've been drinking cold drinks but alot of people around me say cannot drink cold drinks. you see singapore weather so hot plus our raging pregnancy hormones I cannot imagine drinking warm, room temperature and hot drinks. I will be very depressed hahaha. so I just drink and since western belief says it is okay mah.
