changing formula milk

Hi mummies...is it ok to change milk my 6 months old baby, he still recovering in diarrhea..

Yes it's OK..But what's the reason for changing? Is it the cause of his diarrhoea? Every child takes to Milk differently so have to trial and error. If the child is taking the Milk OK, I wouldn't change
