My nose kept bleeding when I was in my second trimester too. Went to see an ENT doctor and the doctor said it is common because we need to pump blood for two people. Just monitor your baby movement if you can feel it already :) and take iron supplements if you have low blood count like me. Don’t worry!
it is common for my nose to bleed from young and during pregnancy which miraculously stopped after childbirth... do get it checked out if you are concerned tho 🙏💕
