sick at week 7

hi mummies, need some advice.. i’m at 7 weeks plus but sick at the moment, too many people around me sick. what should i do now? will it affect the baby? i dare not see gynae because his clinic queue is very long. i’m having cough and with phlegm..

Always wear a mask if you are around sick people. Bring a hand sanitizer and use it often. You can get medications for common cold and flu symptoms from either poly clinic or pharmacy. Just tell the doctor or pharmacist that you are pregnant. Best thing to do if plenty of rest and avoid crowded places

but the problem is that my mil is sick and she cooks for us too. by the time i wear mask already too late, got the virus already.
