Spitting/ vomiting

Hi mummies, my LO has been spitting/ vomiting like 2-3 times after each feed. Any idea why??? And how I can prevent this from happening? He also seems to be trying to force something out of the mouth sometimes. Please help to give any tips or advise based on your exp!

feed half and burp him... let him lie on those inclined bed, go see pd for an anti puke med if it's too sever... my boy puke after almost every feed for almost a month. he outgrew it when he's about 3 mths plus
