Hi mummies! My LO is 11 weeks old and has been rejecting bottle feeds since 1 month old. We tried to bottle feed her again and she will stop once she reach 20ml. My maternity leave will end after CNY and I would be going back to work. Any suggestions or advices how can I make my LO accept bottle? Thank you

This exact same thing happened to me as well. I first offered my baby Avent bottles and she just rejected it. Then I did some reading and found that bottles like NUK have a more flexible teats and also they are closer to the shape of a mother's nipple - so babies take to them easier. There are a few other things you can try: 1. Check if the temperature of the milk is right. Maybe it's too hot/cold 2. Don't offer the new bottle for the first time when your baby is frantically hungry. Although there are mixed opinions on this 3. Try to be alone with your baby, lie down on the bed, lie close to her and make eye contact with her. Good luck, mummy!
