Hi mummies, my lo is 10months old i rarely see her poop daily despite giving her hypo-allergenic milk. What should i do ? She disliked to drink water and sometimes she has hard stool. Please advise me. Tia.

increasing her fiber intake can help with this. If you are worried about your lo getting a preference fir juice as it is sweeter, try adding a bit of prune juice to her milk
