Hi mummies, my lo is 10months old i rarely see her poop daily despite giving her hypo-allergenic milk. What should i do ? She disliked to drink water and sometimes she has hard stool. Please advise me. Tia.

Hi! Please see that the fm you are giving to your lo is warm (not scalding hot), because warm milk should help pass motion (it helps in my baby's case). Also, if your are giving her store bought cereal, then try to include wholegrain cereal. While you are making porridge for her at home, include some vegetables like broccoli, spinach, peas to increase fiber in food. Encourage her to take water or other diluted juice.
