Mummies, Please Advise If Anyone Ever Experience This

Hi mummies, my last period was during September till now I have no menses.. But I realised there is red brown discharge/spotting.and having cramp recently. I think this is implantation bleeding.. I also did a pregnancy test before, its negative. What should I do? Is it normal? Anyone ever had this experience before??

I have also brownish discharge, gynae said that there is nothing to worry about unless discharge is bright red or in large volume. Still pregnant and survived the first trimester

But I test is negative.. So idk is it pregnant or normal. When do u check and u realised u are pregnant
