Hi any mummies know, where got expert baby salon in the West, that can cut hair fast, even toddler keep moving and crying.

My parents used to just cut from my son at home, we bought those child-safe shavers at home - and it was okay ... for one time. After that, he just cried as soon as he saw the box for the shaver - and as he got more expressive, I just realised that he liked having long hair so we didn't cut it anymore! It's not very long but he loves it :)
