No pregnancy symptoms

Any mummies in week 6 and coming to week 7 without any pregnancy symptoms? Tested with BFP (red bold line which appear within 1 min) but yet no pregnancy symptoms (except probably fuller breast). I am worried if it is due to not high enough HCG?

I was worried too with no symptoms initially except fatigue. But the symptoms starts to kick in slowly starting wk 6. See if you can see the baby heart beat in upcoming gynae visit. It should put ur mind at ease with that
