Headaches!!

Hi mummies, I’m having headaches almost everyday. I’m at week 15. Anyone experience this too? Any ways to alleviate it?

use koolfever patch extra cool. tried once and damn shiok so I went to buy even more packets. It is good for hot weather too not necessarily for fever ☺️

green tea or young coconut water works for me...watch your diet

have you tried essential oil roll ons? peppermint is good
