Hi mummies. Im coming to 25weeks. Baby heart is normal but doc say baby tummy is abit big due to sugar intake and scared that im having a hard time giving birth. What can i do to help my baby tummy to ease down. #firstbaby

Do your meal plans & take your glucose reading regularly if you are GDM. I’m a borderline GDM & my baby weighs 1.8kg at 29weeks, on the chubby side. I’ve already curb my carbo intake & watch my diet. Ntg else I can do..

Are you having GD? It seems you are. Control sugar intake (ie: sugar, carbs, sauce) it helps a lot!
