Unborn baby tummy is big

Hi mummies. Im coming to 25weeks. Baby heart is normal but doc say baby tummy is abit big due to sugar intake and scared that im having a hard time giving birth. What can i do to help my baby tummy to ease down. #firstbaby

What to expect in trimester 2?

Trimester 2 was smooth and a breeze for me. I ate more than usual, without the morning sickness & aches. Probably prepare for your glucose test, baby’s movements & growing tummy.
