Induced but not dilated?
Hi mummies! I'm 38+5 today, am still anxiously waiting for natural labour signs. Anyone experienced doctor advised induction but cervix not soft and not dilated yet? How was your labour like? Did you end up giving birth naturally or e-csect?
My first child was induced at 41 weeks. I give birth after more than 12 hrs in labour. Mine was vacuum assisted delivery. I was induced due to 3cm dilated for more than a week and I am not further dilating despite in labour with waterbag broke. I did had other birth plan in mind if everything dont go as plan. I discuss with on duty doctor. I choose from vacuum assisted to forceps to last option c section. Induced is painful but how your body react to the medication and how it react to contractions. Individually will experience differently.
