Durian. Potatoes. Avocado. But everything still in moderation because of carb and sugar content.

Try to drink more milk and dairy products like yogurts( not a lot though).

I drank 1 serving of avocado juice (without milk & sugar) Everyday. I also ate eggs everyday.
