Breast pump flange size

Hi mummies, I’d like to ask if anyone can share usually around when is a good time to measure our nipples to get the right flange size for breast pump? I hear from some mummies sharing that the nipples can grow quite big in size during breast feeding, hence the size measured during pregnancy is not accurate. Is it true?

I only measured and get the right flange size after I delivered. You can get your lactation consultant to measure for you after your delivery. As for my nipple size, I don’t think there’s changes. It is still big during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
