Hi mummies, I realised a few of my friends were told that having low back pain / pelvic tailbone pain was normal by the gynaes. But no referrals were given to aid with their pain. I wonder if any gynaes refer Women Health physiotherapy to anyone who experience such pain?
curious to know too. After my firstborn I do face occasional tailbone pain too. now even so when pregnant with my 2nd. super uncomfortable. ):
My friend went to seek treatment with a women health physio after getting gynae’s approval. She had some pelvic pain too.. it’s resolved now and she also started some strengthening exercises to ease her in her 2nd trimester. You should try that too!
