Mummies. I am now so worried that i might be taking too much folic acid. As my 1 mg folic acid finished, i went to purchase 5mg + gynae provided multivits to me. Only realised that multivits contains folic acid after consuming 5mg folate for 6 days. Will it cause harm to my baby?
