What is the difference between stretch marks cream n stretch marks lotion?

Hi! Mummies may i knw what is the difference between the stretch marks cream n stretch marks lotion? N is it both works the same??

i think it's the concentration in both. one is more finer and the other thicker but both serve the same purpose although it doesn't completely removes it, it just make it looks less noticeable. cocoa butter works for me, everyday must apply
