Benefits of confinement bath.!!!!!!

Honestly, I don’t believe there is. But I did anyway...coz my MIL and SIL gave me packets of it. No difference between showering with warm water, IMHO. My first delivery, I didn’t even use this but I had no issues.

It helps the body with removing the wind etc after delivery
