prenatal vitamins recommendations
hi mummies! may i know which of these two prenatal vitamins would u recommend?
Ur from kkh? Kkh gave me Ganilia multi vits, and it contains dha as well but the content is only 150mg. For Nordic Naturals Dha if u take the max 2 pills a day, it's gonna give u 830mg of it. This is available in most pharmacies. Dha is for ur lil one's brain development. Some mummies believed more Dha (up to 1000mg/ day) will benefit the child alot more while some mummies think the amount available in muilt-vits will suffice. There's no right or wrong here. Just take if u feel it's right.
