Milk for pregnancy
Hi mummies! Can i know what type of milk is good for pregnancy? Any recommendation? #pregnancy milk
i am.drinking Anmum milk powder in 2nd trimester till now. But there are other brands like similac or friso which i think can get samples to try. I havent try that yet. other than drinking milk, i also took the calcium supplement from my gynae
Enfagrow. This one need see each individual. Previously tried anmum, the taste okok only. Friso kena diarrhea. Similac and Enfagrow not bad. Maybe you can get the sample to see which one suitable for you. :)
You can get free samples from dumex and similac. They give one whole tin each. You can try. Pregnancy milk only needed if balanced diet is not met. So dont have to drink everyday

You don’t need those pregnancy milk. It’s very high in sugar. Just have a balanced diet
