I have the same, used to have sore breasts everyday then from last weekend it stopped completely. had a scan 2 days ago coz I had bleeding but all looked OK. I also get the tugging on the right side but I read that that's just the body expanding and is expected during pregnancy.
I have been feeling cramps/muscle pull at lower abdominal. went for a scan and everything looks okay. gynae said it's normal
