Eat in moderation won’t harm at all. I had two tubs of acai during my pregnancy and had it once/twice weekly. I even ate ice cream as well in moderation. Treat these as a comfort food once in a while.
açaí bowl has A LOT of sugar, i would avoid eating it at all cost unless u want to risk GDM.. yoghurt will be a better choice with more nutrients
Everything in moderation or nothing wrong with a random treat unless you intend to eat it every single day.
