Shoulder & Upper Backache

Hi mummies. I am currently 16+1 weeks pregnant, before pregnancy i have really bad upper backaches which normally i went to TCM for it. But now, pregnant i am unable to do. During the night, I am unable to sleep well due to should / neck ache & of course my upper back. What am i supposed to do or apply if possible? Thanks in advanced!
