Breastmilk
Hi mummies. I couldnt produce breastmilk for my first. The first was a max of 20ml even after 30mins of pumping eventually no milk. Now am having a second baby does it means i wont have milk too?

nope. there are reasons behind breastmilk supply low example did you nurse correctly did you follow schedule have you try milk booster food etc. breastmilk works in supply and demand nursing helps in production too. my experience from oversupply to extremely low supply almost dry up and back to just nice supply. and it's 1 year later determination and discipline very important. if you need any help feel free to DM me at my IG @mummyjlife
