antenatal classes

hi mummies, i am considering if it is required or beneficial to attend antenatal classes as i am a first time mom. Any advices? thanks

as my personal opinion it will be beneficial if u n ur partner attend. I attended when I was 6 months old preggy. the nutrition will guide regarding the food intake during ur pregnancy. they will also teach more on breastfeeding and baby latching. besides u will learn more about correct posture and exercise also. u will learn more than this actually.
