Fell down from 2 steps stair case

Hi mummies, I accidentally just fell down from 2 steps stair case and my buttock hit on the floor. No feel pain at pelvic region for now. And lie on the bed now. Should I worry? Anyone experience before? What do you do after that? I am currently pregnant W6D6.

My baby gal is born! Her name is Gabby.
