For advice- Brownish Discharge

Hi mummies! I am about 6 weeks into pregnancy and I have these brown discharge on and off. I have shared this with my gynae and she has prescribed me duphaston. Should I be worried about it?

My dr say Brown discharge is old blood. Normal in early pregnancy. However to go to urgent O&G if you feel pain or see any fresh red blood.
