Confinement 30 Or 40days?
Hi mummies, how many days of confinement consider best? I really can't tolerate the hot weather. Sweating alot.

didn’t do confinement, i still showered regularly, on fan & all. singapore so hot & humid

Chinese normally do 28 days. Heh. Yes the weather is really difficult to bear 😅

I did for 30days but still try to eat as healthy as I can til 40days

40 is the official rule last time. I took 40 day cos i c sec.
i did 28 days.. still showered daily, in front of fan etc
