Stop breastfeeding

Hi mummies, how can I stop breastfeeding / drain off current supply that in my breast. Without taking medication. Currently only latching my child in the night. More like comfort latching. And I been 2 days no breast feed her. But I can feel milk is still inside my booby, and got a bit of block I think. Coz I feel a small hard lump inside my boobs.
