Hi mummies. Is this heat rash? My LO recently have these, and it’s getting more and more.

Make sure to keep the area clean and dry.. could be due to accumulation of milk or perspiration. If it doesn’t get better you may need to get a cortisol cream.

Doesnt look like heat rash...better to see doc and get 2nd opinion
